Refund policy

All sales are final. Because i am a small business I unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. So please make sure you are selecting your correct ring size when ordering. 

With that, I understand that sometimes our pieces that are crafted by our jewelers slip through the cracks and might reveal some errors. We do offer a 14 day grace period (from the day that you received you package according to usps delivery day we have on record) of exchange with the same item and size you originally ordered, upon returning the original item to us. If in the case we do not carry that particular item in the same size/style you will be given a discount code.
