Shipping policy

If your package is lost, stolen or marked delivered and did not receive package please contact your local USPS office first. Second contact us and inform us about the report made to your local post office. keep us updated on package status. 

If after 10 days of your USPS report has been made and they have told you that the package is untraceable please contact us on instagram at @Silverkay_ or email us at Silverkay_@outlook.com we will do our part in confirming package was not delivered, lost, or stolen and we will take the next step in helping you receive a new order. Please be patient will us. again we are a small local business so our inventory is limited. its important we take the crucial steps to ensure the package can be delivered to our customers properly before any further steps. Note that sometimes USPS will note a package was delivered but will actually deliver a few days later. This is why we ask for a 10 day period just to cover our bases.
